Ben R. took pictures, too, and allowed that I could share a couple.  Here they are!  Thanks Ben!

It was that cold.

Grant's Trip to Medicine Lake/Little Glass Mountain

Grant and his friend Ben went camping together on the weekend of September 11th-14th up to Bullseye Lake, Medicine Lake, and Little Glass Mountain.  They fished, kayaked, explored, and took pictures.  They broke down and were rescued by an interesting young man related to a man who builds giant metallic sculptures.  The met other interesting folks who were fishing and camping near by.  They enjoyed the quiet.  It was cold at night, windy, and due to a couple of wildfires, it was smokey, too.  But it didn't rain til they were getting ready to leave.  Grant was very happy and excited to tell tales of his trip when he got home.  Here are some of the many pictures he took that he gave me permission to share.
